Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and professional General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at carrying out daily tasks, managing reactive maintenance, and servicing oil and gas boilers. This role is critical to maintaining and expanding our client base, driving renewed growth, and enhancing the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations and manage plumbing and heating projects.
– Perform and supervise first-fix and second-fix plumbing tasks.
– Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
– Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians and office staff.
– Develop strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor financial performance and manage company budgets.
– Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service.
– Manage supplier relationships and inventory.
– Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
– Drive business development to build a larger client base.

– Proven experience in a management role within the plumbing and heating industry.
